RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return/exchange my jewellery?
You will need to contact us via our website in order to receive a refund or exchange.
A valid proof of purchase/order number must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Does my jewellery have a warranty / guarantee?
We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 12 months from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery and 48 months from the original date of purchase for gold jewellery. All others items are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase.
Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
Please note that parts of wood, leather, glass and string items have a warranty of up to 12 months from date of purchase.
The warranty offered on Bous & Co. London products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.
What do I do if my jewellery is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
